I am a full stack developer with 9.5 LPA and 2YOE in IndiaMart. And have a offer from Uber for data analyst profile with 12.1 Base and 2.5 Performance bonus.
I am so confused, I am getting a brand name like uber and a decent hike at the cost of Changing the profile.
