I'm wanting to know what people think is better. Kaiser or ucla health for working as an admin staff. Ucla seems to have good pay from what I see on the job descriptions but kaiser only shows pay grade. Ucla has pension and a raise it seems every year. But I was alao told kaiser offers a dollar each year as a raise. I want a place I can grown and stsy Long term. Any one have any insight on kaiser and what they offered.UCLA Health Kaiser Permanente

I always have to make myself a schedule for the week and a to-do list each day. It really helps me to have some sort of outline of what I need to do that week and have a place that I can keep track of where I am and cross things off as I complete them.
One thing that helps me is bracketing my tasks. I'll allot time specifically for the grouping, whether it's expense reporting, project invoicing, etc. It keeps me more efficient, not bouncing between tasks (which sometimes can't be completely avoided, but it helps). I also try to schedule these blocks during times/days I know my team and/or executives are less likely to bother me with a new request.
This is such a great video to watch! I have the same difficulties. Thank you for sharing!

Thanks for sharing. Unfortunately my job has me bouncing from task to task so my to-do lists are more of a reminder list than a guideline of how I need to order myself.
