A lot of these deals don’t actually exist. You have to add taxes, acquisition fee, title, and so on
Yea I’ve heard especially from Hyundai it’s hard to get dealerships to honor these
Rising Star
I’ll add this is also a perfect time to get a 1 or 2-year-old used EV, because those are returning to dealers now and are also not selling. I just got a 1-year-old Genesis GV60 for 50% off MSRP.
Not bad at al, that's around what I financed my current car like 2 years ago
These deals definitely exist. And are actually even better than post. Go to leasehackr.com and view the signed forum to see full deals people have closed.

Nissan has basically decided to give away the Ariya. I had no clue it even existed. Wow.
I just leased a fully loaded Kia EV9 for $720/month for a 36/12k lease with ~$2500 of equity rolled in. 24/12k lease would've been around $580/month, 24/10k lease would've been right around $520.
@IS1: Personal preference. I don't particularly like turning over my vehicles quicker than every 2.5-3 years.
@C1: Yep, I got the GT-Line and thoroughly enjoy it so far. The MY isn't feasible for my situation. I was also looking at the R1S, but while it has better lease deals, I prefer the EV9 for my use case.
Would like to know more about the Costco/Polestar 2 deal tbh
