I don't know who needs to hear this but you don't need validation for your sufferings. There is 42 year old employees that succumbed to work pressure if it is unbearable and toxic for you, then it is period.
Don't listen to senior employees saying that toxic and suffocating work culture is norm. They will justify everything to exploit you but better or best companies are there.
