I have found that the newest generation of attorneys do not care about being considered job hoppers. They have a better grasp on an actual work/life balance, and refuse to remain in a toxic environment. I hope this will become the norm.
I hope so, maybe he also should create another goal and be more resilient, find a way of communication that serves his mental and physical health. And definitely keep looking for another better place.
Try to look for the good in people so you see more of it and Staying busy makes us have less space for toxic thoughts
Were they really all toxic? Or could your bar be too high, or too sensitive to the bad parts? Try to find someone you like working for and lean into that/them.
@Attorney 1. Is it really that hard for you to believe that his experiences were bad or detrimental? I hope OP can find a better employer. Sometimes it doesn't matter how much you may enjoy the team if the owner or management are the ones that make where you work unbearable.
