I made an effort to fill my Sundays with social activities and productivity so I don't just sit around stressing about the next day. It actually helps a lot. I used to get that horrible Sunday feeling really bad but being intentional made a big difference.
Good for you! Well, I work Sundays and Mondays so the Sunday scaries don’t really apply to me. But for the most part, I feel like people who get freak out on Sunday nights are those who hate their jobs. So if you’re feeling less anxiety on Sundays maybe it’s because you enjoy your job or at least not completely miserable there.
