Hi,
I'm currently having an offer from BlueOptima and Cohesity and am conflicted between the two.
I have offers in the SDET profile.
Cohesity Inc is providing me MTS and @BlueOptima is providing SDET-1.
Glassdoor reviews more of less place the two companies almost equally, and the package being offered by the two is almost in the same range.
My preferences include:
Learning opportunities in the role.
Company's work environment.
Company's growth prospects, are also a consideration.

How many employees does KGS have in total?
Hi all,
I joined KPMG around 3 months ago but I am not getting work here. Although, I qualified some project's interview, yet due to some internal reason, they considered someone else, and I again came on bench.
I am unable to figure out what can be done now.
Should I start searching work outside.
(I hardly see any job openings these days)

How's the resource management here?
(do they lagOff?)
Any inputs will be helpful.
Thanks!

KGS Is well known for buttering your way up & not working your ass off
Harsh reality
Have you specifically conveyed your view point to your manager. In calm way. Think over your points and set up a call. This helps
Not yet, I’m concerned they might be offended and either give me a lot of gyaan or take it out in some other manner
It is unfortunate that this is happening to you, I mean what do expect from kgs. There is no point in doing overtime when you know that the manager is not giving you enough credit . So don't stretch yourself.
Thanks! It does feel good to be heard and validated
I think while working hard it is also essential that you take due credit for your work. Setting up a call and having an honest well thought out discussion might help.
Thanks yes
