I find myself at a crossroads and would greatly appreciate your wisdom and advice. At 25 years old, I am fortunate to have possessed several years of substantial business and sales experience, but I have no medical background. That said, I am torn between two potential avenues, taking a leap of faith and securing an expensive loan to fund my education (Medical Sales College/Academy), or harnessing my existing network and connections to pave the way for advancement. I am SAP HCM consultant having 4.10 years of experience. I feel that this module doesn’t have any growth. My first switch took me to 9LPA from 6LPA and now the second switch is being offered for 11.5LPA where I can see my fellow friends in SAP having more than 15LPA at the same experience on their second switch itself.
