I gave case study round for zs associates Decision Analytics Associate recently and though the interview went a bit longer than an hour yet I messed up in some places misinterpreting 1-2 questions thus producing wrong output but the interviewers seemed okay with my mistakes and just motivated me as well.

I was wondering what kind of contractual or other barriers I might face if I apply for one of the big 4 while working on a project with them in my current company.
I am not too involved in the project but I was in a few meetings and went on a field trip with them as well.
The position that I am applying for is in a different team and city.
Will this considered “poaching” if the consulting firm hires me? Would they need to talk to my current employer?

Your grade in which you are appointed and level above to understand growth.

My basic is 24 lakhs. So it will be 2.88 lakhs per year contribution just from my end.
Now some of the contribution will be taxed. Has someone done proper calculation related to this.

After being a consultant for 6 years I now know that partners are basically salesmen who have litte value to offer. Whole business is based on making clients believe they need outside help.
