I am in situation where I have offer with 15 LPA and joining date is 18 th of July, also I had Hr discussion with Fujitsu today and asked salary of 20 LPA , they told me that they will require 3 working days to get approval from business team I don't understand what to do, should i wait for fujitsu of should i Join company which offering 16 LPA.?

I am from Takeda, I would suggest you to go with Siemens.
Takeda is chindi way less yoy appraisal like 4-5% when compared to Siemens, too relaxed for growth & learning.
Siemens has better brand value.
Work culture is getting spoiled by the employees from service based companies. Too much favoritism for useless employees.
