I got a call from a company called SIEGO Outsource Management pvt ltd. I was told that they will arrange interview for job in countries like Canada and Australia. I got a mail as well where process was mentioned like this.

Step-C: Sign Up or Visa Processing
Step-D: Job Placement Progra
In technical evaluation they are asking for certificate of graduation, Resume and pan or passport. They said they got my profile from times job.

I just completed the interview process at CGI, the HR called thereafter saying that I've cleared all the rounds and they'd like to give me an offer. They also sent a couple of mails for required documents. But I am yet to receive the offer letter, is this usual?

I selected new tax regime in the company 'xyz' portal for April 2021-March 2022. I left this company in jan 2022 and tax of 16k got deducted from F&F settlement.

I have investment in EPF and submitted the rent receipts to the company for tax exception for HRA. But in F&F, based on new regime tax deducted.

During filing ITR for assessment year 2022-2023, can I file by selecting old regime and get this 16k return?

Recently, I resigned from TCS and my last day was there on October 27,2022 and today I got an email from FNF team and in they email they are asking to paid some amount due on me to Paid within 15 days receiving of this email. Which company is better in terms of job security, work life balance. That's the top most factor I am considering. Learning and project and latest niche technology is the other important factor after first 2 factors .
