I got a call from Bosch HR regarding job offer and they sent me JD as well which i replied to as interested.

Its been a week and there is no reply from them. I called them few times and once they told me there's internal discussion going on and we will get back to you!

Do you people think the job is gone or is it just that they take too long to revert and the process there is tedious?

Does anyone know how long it takes to hear after interview (entry level TDP) from Accenture Ottawa.
I gave my interview on Friday and its Tuesday now and I haven’t heard anything from the recruiter.

After 2 years of a pandemic and working independently for many years, I am not feeling interviews AT ALL. There are points in the interview where I want to just say "Look! Either hire me or don't".

How can I get over this feeling? I'm over the whole "stand in the line of fire to prove how good I am" bs. Any recommendations for getting over this or possible industries to pivot into to avoid bs interview processes and ghosting?

One of the worst double standards in corporate america.

Companies especially startups expect you to not keep interviewing when you accept a job offer. “It can deteroriate your brand.”

But companies would replace you in a heartbeat for almost any reason. Including interviewing a candidate who will replace you (you will be fired as soon as they find a person).

So companies can fuck with the little guys but we can’t look for our best interest?

According to the new Wage Rules, are companies giving Basic Salary as 50% of fixed Pay? Should we ask HR of our current company or the next company to actually do the same? Or the rule isn't a mandate and it's upon companies to follow it ?
