I got a few new hires in last month I always try to motivate them and help them reach their daily goals. This one guy calls me boss lady. I’m technically not his boss. I just showed up every time he’s been needing help. I even brought him a soda just because he asked. I’ll take it as respect.

Obviously, he finally let it go but I scan it with an inventory scanner that showed me all of the sale price promotions if there were any

Back when I was getting started in the food world, I worked flipping burgers at In-n-Out. A man came in and said the burgers he had gotten weren’t right. He dumped the food on the counter and then he started throwing them back behind the counter. We gave him a refund and then his demeanor completely changed. He was calmer and he told us to have a great day as he left us to clean up the mess he made.
