I got an offer for a Healthcare risk management role. I'm a BA but this role is more like an SC level. The salary jump is 50% more than what I'm making.

However the company is really tiny. Nobody has ever heard of it, and it's not a startup so I doubt there'll be any growth.

Do you think it's worth making the jump? I was only at Deloitte for 9 months.

Also do you think I have the possibility of returning to B4 or ever going to FAANG in the future?

Last week I gave 4 rounds of interview with JPMC for the Associate position for WM division.
Last Friday I received email from HR asking last 3 payslips, and all info related to pay along with the ECTC and resume and gave everything over the weekend.
I gave expected as 30 fixed and currently at 20.8 fixed with 4 YoE in analytics and DS and overall 5+.
Still haven’t heard back from the HR.
What are the chances of extending an offer and on portal showing “Under Consideration for interview”

Due to obvious conditions my comp for the calendar year (salary+bonus) is back to 2017 levels although my overall sales are more than double and 1/3 less total comp than last year. It seems like comp opportunity is always decreasing during good times (I get it) but when it comes to adjusting during bad times, nothing was done. Is this normal for industry sales?
