I got an offer from Deloitte for java full stack developer with 17 lpa. Currently working in Thoughtworks and have 5 years of experience with 11.6 lpa, got promoted to senior consultant last year and awaiting hike now. Want to know from folks, if this is in normal range in which Deloitte would be offering, I asked for 18 lpa and they told it's not possible. Shud I wait for a hike here in Thoughtworks or switch?

I was informed today that my employment would be terminated at a tier-2 consulting firm in Toronto. The reasons for my dismissal are unclear and I would like to get legal advice on the termination agreement and severance package that was offered.
