The offer is low, especially if you have some internship or full time experience. You can try to quote salaries of other big 4 firms. Quoting offers from Mercer and Aon being similar may also help. Don't fold for as long as you can, they should come back with a better offer. If nothing works, accept the offer and look for a better offer till your joining.
Nahhh they low-balled you so hard. This is what I started with back in 2019. 5 years later, if you’re starting out in your career (which I assume you are because you didn’t mention work ex and it’s an entry-level role), that should definitely have increased more than what they’re offering you.
From the offers you’re expecting, are there any you would seriously consider? Or would you prefer EY still?
If money is not THE only *defining* factor and you think you’ll study further + want the experience/brand on your resume, then go for it if this is the company/role that excites you the most.
If money is the only factor, then you have your answer.
Make a judgement call - Good luck!
