Interviewed for a GS-15 (same agency but different office) and totally aced the interview with excellent answers. They know I’m a top performer with senior references. So I’ve been with a court for a while and honestly the pay sucks compared to what paralegals should be making… the benefits are great though and they match my retirement 100% now that I’m vested at 3 years.I have 4 kids and 1 is getting ready for college.
