Tech M pays 100% variable, so negotiate better with Wipro, ask at least 30and settle for anywhere above 27
Till Band B3 mostly it's 100% payout, after that it depends upon company performance also
GCP should fetch you more, 35-40atleast.
My current is 16 that is the reason I am not asking more than 30
