I got an offer to move to CBIZ tas. Doing B4 audit since October 2024 and going to be promoted to senior in 2 months so will have to leave right before senior promo? Should I hit my 2 year mark and try for a better MM firm for TAS? (RSM, etc.?) also got my cpa as well. The CBIZ position is also fully remote which i dont think is a good thing at early career for networking and growth? Advice is appreciate!

He is doing a really awful job. Co counsel is better, but not great either.
