Anyone able to give me a referral for Facebook (Meta) or Google?
I am a paralegal with 8 years of experience in the legal industry (+ Fortune 500). I was just diagnosed with a serious health condition and I’m looking for new remote position, that is challenging and offering high pay and benefits. Facebook (Meta) & Google currently have openings for positions that align with my skills. I kind ask that you simply share some tips, if you are unable to offer a referral. THANKS!

Question becomes if they come back with a counter to match what's your response. That is a hard question to always ask yourself. And accepting the counter can be a double edged sword so. Just remember that because of your bump in salary you will see smaller raises because all position levels have a cap on them and they don't go above those.
Just say that a friend of yours offered a position there and it's a really good offer to decline, as much as you love your current firm, the offer just makes so much more sense financially
Accepting a counter offer is almost always a terrible idea. The company knows you have a foot out the door - guess who is topping the list when the next round of layoffs comes around?
Tell partner, manager, then peers, then HR.
^wholly agree
Well I don't think you'll get the chance to put in two weeks, because you got to leave the same day if it's a b4 you are going to, so you are better off telling your team members first
