I got an offer with Microsoft for a very senior role and it would require me to move to Redmond, which I think would be very hard on my family. I don't know that I'd like it there myself. But should I try it for a few years and then be better positioned long term? It feels like a rough time to move the family.

I’ve been in inside/outside roles 7+ yrs in Real Estate & have led sales/development on large residential developments for luxury new construction & assist buyers, sellers, investors.
