Please evaluate this initial offer for Apple ICT3. I think I was low balled, but I want to take more opinions. Currently Sr. MTS at VMware, received Apple ICT3. I was expecting to get to ICT4 but seems like team thinks upper end of ICT3 is more apt. Also, I think it is because I don’t have any counter offers yet.

That's a solid offer, to be honest. Maybe you can negotiate or make some arrangements. You can also ask for a sign-on bonus but to me, the offer is great. Congrats! :)
Good offer! It's also my dream to work in Europe! Yes, negotiate on the sign-on bonus. Best of luck!
Just asking, where are you from guys?
I don't know your specific role, but in Switzerland in IT you can reach 130k + 10% with 4 years of experience
Look at the big picture instead. Is the whole package a great offer or just enough to make the move? You can always ask politely about their relocation policy and tell them about your findings. Then ask them if they can help you and let them come back to you. I would also try to speak with the hiring manager, this is the time to negotiate . If it’s a great package or a great opportunity don’t be too greedy, be thankful for the opportunity. Be strong and stay positive…. Congratulations btw!
You can try but don't be too pushy. Got to agree with you that cost of living in Zurich is too expensive compared to other EU countries. You can negotiate and explain to them your point in negotiating. .
It's not a bad offer at all for Zurich tbh - but yes no relocation package is ridiculous
About 250 possibly but its a true outlier
