What is salary range for l07 at TD?
Hi everyone! Does anyone in here work for Omada Health ? I have an interview next Wednesday for a PT Member Support Agent role and am unclear on what the pay could be. Glassdoor has the pay estimate at 42k-48k, but I found a comment where someone in the same role mentioned only getting paid $12/hr. I have 8 years of experience as a CSR but I’ve had a couple year gap in between now and my last job. TIA Any advice helps .

Why not. Without sharing the name of the associate ofc. At least find out what the policy is (if it wasn't stated in your offer letter)
The squeaky wheel gets the grease. If you don’t stand up for yourself, why do you expect your company to? They assume that if you don’t complain about comp that you’re overjoyed with your compensation. There is literally no downside to asking as long as you’re respectful.
The thing from the partner about not talking about comp total bs. Your employer doesn't want you comparing to notes to see if your being screwed.
If you are being paid less for a real, justifiable reason, they should have no problem showing you the goods.
Employees would be better off if they shared their comp infor with each other.

1. Yes, you can.
2. Little will change.
3. There is a cut off (I think it’s April), so gauge whether the other associate is full of it
4. Are you an experienced hire or a campus hire? And same question about the other associate? First year campus associates rarely get VC.
5. LOB makes a HUGE difference because their VC pools are different. For example, all DAS is going to be different from Risk Advisory. You need to have context. It’s hard to know without knowing what You mean by LOB,

You should be eligible for bonus then. Talk to your comp communicator.
Keep in mind that people lie all the time about this stuff. Getting VC when they actually did not. The percentage they received. Makes no sense but people do lie about it to peers. Just make sure this person wasn’t just blowing smoke to make themselves feel better before you go and say “I know someone else who got it”..
What was your rating? If below in line, you won’t get anything
My associate hired out of college started in January, in-line, received small VC. BPG
