i got my offer letter on 24th july
i have tried to connect the recruiter through phone and via mail there is no response from them
offer letter is valid from 7 days
24 25 26 are gone and next 2 days are saturday sunday... what to do ?

What can you do if you’re getting interviewed by the same person who didn’t choose you in the first place?
Context: I applied for a position a while back and got interviewed, but didn’t go to the next round. I found the same position open again a month later at a different location and applied. Almost immediately, I was called for an interview, but with the same interviewer. What does this mean? Is this going to get awkward?
