Are u joking? AVP for 6.5 year of experience is quite indigestible. How much they offered? Are u an MBA?
I think the range for avp is 25 to 45 LPA. MBA from which clg? Is it tier-1?

Woah, getting AVP with 6.5 years experience. Dude, you’re lucky!
You will see people in your team with 9-10 years of experience serving as BA4. You won’t be liked in the team by these guys. They won’t be kind to you. Not your fault but the slow growth policy of the organisation. Usually, people with 10+ years of experience become AVP in Barclays if hired from outside and internally it may take 12-14 years to become AVP.
Coming to your question, it’s 2 days WFO and these days are decided by the teams. You can discuss with your LM for any flexibility. Hikes and bonus fine but not as good as they used to be 4-5 years back.
Thank you for the insight. It helps.
How much hike did you got on your current salary, you must be having your previous CTC above 25LPA
How much exp is expected for a BA4 ?
