Tldr: eat 6 meals a day and calorie dense foods such as nuts, fruits, fat+protein combos (eggs, red meat, salmon, mix it up).
I'm not an expert but I've been tracking macros since 2016 so I know what works for me. I'd recommend calorie dense foods such as nuts and fruits depending on what kinda of diet you are trying to follow.
High carb, low carb, moderate, the choice is yours. The decision you have to make is what do you want your extra calories to be, fat or carbs.
After you figure out how much protein you need (.8-1.2 per pound of lean body mass is the range usually), the rest of calories will be fat and carbs.
It's a LOT easier to eat more calories from carbs than fats, but if you are not burning those carbs as energy that day with some cardio then you are going to have some inflammation (bloated feeling after eating a bunch of pasta for ex). Figure out what your goals are besides gain weight to determine your split.
When I did keto I would eat eggs daily and peanuts along with my protein. I'm doing low carb now and get 30% calories from carbs and have been eating less red meat to accommodate. It's all about shifting your diet with your goals or tastes. Good luck boss

Above advice is spot on. The challenge with hard gainers is being able to consume enough calories and stand being full all the time.
Fats are going to be your friend. Add avocado and guacamole high calorie per gram, add nut or seed butters to your protein shakes and smoothies, use extra olive oil, and higher fat content proteins (salmon, red meat, etc). Carbs are good for bulking but you’ll put on more fat % so if you are trying to bulk clean - gotta use the fats.
I’m going to be a dick and just say it. Use the internet. You’re asking some pretty basic questions. “Experts please advise...” C’mon. Now hate me.
There is information overload and asking fellow fish personal experiences. Please continue to be yourself ☺️
Gonna be all in the diet, I’m a hard gainer myself and the only way I have found to pack on the pounds is by drinking weight gainer shakes and forcing myself to eat until I’m very uncomfortable
