I got offer of 12.45 LPA (FIXED) from GlobalLogic for the profile of Automation tester for 4.5YOE. HR said that this is the max that we can offer, he said that if he increase the package even by 1rs more, it won't get accepted as it's for other band. I am expecting offer from Wipro and Cognizant for higher package. Will GlobalLogic match the package that wipro or cognizant would offer? Which company should I join in terms of learning new things?

Higher offers at 27-28 with more fixed pay is from contract and hire/fire type companies. Mostly indirect hiring instead of direct employment with the final employer, means higher pay with lower jon security - we get little more pay, companies get the option to let go with ease later!
