AVP packages start from 30 to 45 LPA
If you are moving to another city, you can get relocation benefits for that you have to submit quotation from different vendors and the cheapest will be approved ,for that check with HR. also one time basic of one month in your 1st month salary will be given for set up in new city, no bills or details required.
they can also help you search and get rental housing and pay the deposit, again check with hr(i didn’t ask for it as i have my own house in pune). clarify everything with hr regarding the benefits.

No joining bonus , only relocation bonus 1 month of basic pay. Performance bonus for every year, sometimes stock bonus, global stock bonus share matching policy up to 600 euros, 14 nights five star hotel stay, flight tickets for family, health insurance, accidental insurance, term insurance
Considering your total YOE you should ask more. One of HR disclosed the budget for AVP role is upto 45 LPA based on total experience. And be flexible for negotiation.
FYI : they are okay to offer 38-40 LPA with 9 years experience as well.
Hey,at the time of relocation,do they really provide other benefits apart from first month basic pay,like rental and its deposits and what if you have some dependendent ,say your wife,they do they provide flight tickets for her and other hotel facilities
Yes, they provide 15 days stay for you and your dependent, the flight tickets and daily allowance upto 1500 per head.

You may ask 35% on your fixed.. Not over your variable and bonus. Fixed to Fixed. They won’t approve beyond that.. Even if your new manager accepts, it goes for approval to rewards team and might get rejected. And then you have to either accept what they give or reject. No negotiations
