I got the offer in CRISIL. I want to know about some details regarding offer letter.
There is a Leave Travel Alavence as a separate component and saying it can be claimed annually. Even if I am not traveling much and not claimed. Can I get the total amount in the last month.
They said 18% fixed components as VPA but not mentioned total CTC in the offer letter. Is it the same for everyone or will it be released including CTC after joining.

My total is different from post-grad different from manager titles. Some companies consider manager title to determine YOE for comp which didn’t make sense.
