I need help with my interviewing skills
I am currently pursuing a position to be a 401k workplace planning consultant with Fidelity Investments. I would like to connect with someone who has gone through that training and early hiring process to make sure I have a solid understanding of the position. This is specifically for the Raleigh/Durham NC area if possible.
I'm looking to find a job like the Forward Deployed Engineer role Palantir Technologies in the UK.
I have become hooked on finding a job that involves solving the kinds of problems they presented during their interviews. Although I got to the final round my performance anxiety got the better of me (I think I wanted the job a bit too much...). I will reapply after working in a similar company.
Is it "deep tech" / "data science" or "smart enterprise" that they're doing? Any advice welcome.
Anyone got recruited for Pune location recently? My interview process has been completed and asked for documents on 23rd Dec, but till now I haven’t got any update after that. Today i called HR and they said manager has not provided any update on my application. Should i wait for the offer letter or look opportunity in another organisation? Deloitte Deloitte India

It's not a junior question.
You should always ask for feedback, especially as a senior in case there is something you don't know.
As seniors there are very few times and and even fewer people (right or wrong) who can give constructive feedback, an interview should be that place.
Rising Star
Yes and no. On one hand, we all know the game, lots of candidates, connections, timing screwups and specific needs. At the same time, improvement is good and asking helps. But everyone’s just gotta realize when you take an interview you are not alone and unless you have someone in your corner it’s going to be tough.
It's a junior question, but it's not like you're moving forward, so might as well derive some sort of value from the effort!
You’re not giving any advice - you’re just being snide and I’m doing the same back to you. What’s the advice? So far I’ve seen “don’t just ask”
Many places won’t give feedback because they’re afraid of saying something that could become fodder for a lawsuit, regardless of level.
