I graduated with a B.E. in Computer Science in 2018 and have over 3 years of experience as a Flutter Developer. Prior to that, I worked for more than 2 years in Operations (Non-Technical) at Swiggy. I'm currently working at a small company in my hometown, earning 15k per month. I want to switch to a better-paying job, but I'm unsure if it's appropriate to show my current CTC as 6 LPA and ask for 10 LPA. What should I do? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
