I had a first interview on Monday that lasted an hour and 25 minutes. The second interview was in person on Wednesday and that took almost two hours, the third interview was on Thursday with the director and the manager I would be reporting to. This interview only lasted 35 minutes and I haven't heard anything else. Is this a good or bad sign?

Does having a referral make a big difference to get your application reviewed?

a) applying from Ca will actually get my application tossed out the window
b) I've heard there are gazillion ppl applying so if referral gets me on the radar, instead wasting time just find someone to refer me?

Prior to ICICI I was in a Supply Chain start up which was not fully analytics profile. Now, my CTC is 4.55 LPA but during interview the HR agreed on 5.5 lpa. So my question is am I under paid?

I found a company I was really excited about working at. I applied for the job and went through 5 rounds of interviews. At the end they said I was OVER qualified and they want me for a different position higher up in the company. I was super excited they then had me go through 5 more rounds, 3/5 people were the same. The interviews mostly went "didn't you get the job, I highly recommend you? I'll just put you down as a 10". After those were done they told me I was UNDER qualified. Can't win!
