I had appeared for Infosys interview for Technical Lead position. They have interviewed and offered me with TA position, and offered CTC is 9 LPA which was lesser than my current CTC.
I'm having 7+ years experience. Why does Infosys does this?

I have been going on interviews and noticed 2 department heads already assume I was laid off or fired due to a 4 months gap. I explained I left my last role due to short term health issues that have been resolved. Not even sure how to respond when they assume. Any advise? Thanks!

I was just informed after the third round of interviews they’d like at least 5 references, two must be supervisors. My last job was a temporary remote job where I didn’t really interact with my supervisor and the jobs before that were at my family’s business (I do not speak to any of them for serious personal reasons.) Anything before that was grad school and I haven’t kept in contact with any professors from over five years ago. What should I do? 😕

I have been offered from NTT data and a week ago they gave me a call to check if i can join early.. i said i am ok to join early if NTT is ready for buyout. They said they will come back on it and a day ago i can see that the recruiter has posted a job opening in naukri with the similer set of experience with what i have and i am little skeptical that will they revoke my offer. They paid INR 1.2 Crores for their logo to a "creative agency", just one of the many dodgy expenses they made including multiple so-called official trips to exotic locations like Hawaii. Till date their SAAS product has not found a single buyer. The CEO's girlfriend was the Sales Director whose job was to wear skimpy dresses for business meetings.
