I hate playing the promotion game!! So much exaggeration and people who have integrity not to inflate get punished

SA1 to SA2 in PWC is a promotion or progression ?
If it's a progression will the resource get the progression by default after an year of joining ?

I finally got a raise (after 10 years) from 45k to 50k with less than 10k in incentives while others who are just starting at lower positions make more than me..I want to bring this up but don’t want to come off in a bad way considering they finally gave me a raise this year.

I recently relocated to Ireland with M level. I got to know that compensation is less and it's about 65k Euros for the manager band.
Can someone please let me know how to raise this? How much can we expect an increase in the pay ? rent is about 1700 euros for 2 beds.

I’ve been interviewing at an agency with the intention of filling a Director role. Recruitment reached out soon after my last meet-and-greet interview (about 6 to 7 people total) to tell me the team thinks I would be best suited for an Associate Director role with a fast follow of a Director promotion.

Recruitment can’t tell me what feedback is creating this gap but also won’t stop mentioning the positive praise and feedback the team had for me.

I will say this I love working with the students . I love getting to know them . I smile to myself when I go to work . I still feel this way after last week being asked my three different people about doing something where I told them that I was not going to do. following day I was then ambushed by admin (where I have never felt more like nothing. Lateral that just went through first bonus season with the firm. Not in a major market but workload is comparable to major markets. Surprised at how low the bonus was.
