I have 10 yrs of experience in Armed forces and additional 3 yrs in consulting(In Big 4s) and in Global Systemically Important Banks (G-SIBs). I can handle large teams easily due to my military experience. But I feel like an insignificant person in a large corporation. So I want to switch to a startup as I want to be a significant stakeholder in the growth of a small organisation. I have good decision making skills and a good clarity of thought. Any suggestions for my switch to startups?

From interview perspective, I enjoyed lucidworks interview as the interviews taken by quality people compared to other two companies. But it is a startup.
