Do you think you and your significant other should have similar personalities? I am project manager in clinical research industry (CRO). After earning PhD, I gave up my science dream to take a more stable job. Most of the companies look for JAVA full stack with Angular. And when we encountered with interviews we just got evaluated on JAVA 8, Spring Boot etc. If person having 10+ experience in which first 6-7 years working in Java 7 and since last few years working in Angular still they mentioned our primary is Java and angular good to have.

Being the curious, how could be all skills mentioned in resume would be current skill.

And then ask Java dev to work on angular and they mess up things.
