I have 3 wildly varying offers/options -

1. PGP from Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow - I have to decide in the next 5 days
(Pros - IIM brand, Network, Probable jump in career)
2. AI engineer role at MetLife - at a package equalling the average of that of IIML's
(Pros - Good place, Work on the latest technology with the leadership)
3. Continue as software engineer at Citi where 50% work is AI related - manager is trying to match offer.
(Pros - Have built my brand here)

Better for long term career goal and happiness: Large CPG analytics, or post-MBA consultant at boutique? I am extremely torn. I value work-life balance very much, is all consulting horrible for it? If I want to work in product development/marketing long term (I love idea of food/bev but not married to it), does it make more sense to just get right into the CPG world with great WLB? Or is it potentially better to take a role in a brand/marketing boutique then exit later when burnt out?

Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere.
