When the offer comes in from company B, tell company A. Tell them you’re their first choice, but that you have an offer in the table with X hours to respond. (Don’t do this until you actually have the offer, as they may ask you some specifics about the offer to verify it’s true, like how long you have to respond.)
Don’t worry, this is common. The recruiter at company A will know what to do.

Just a reminder, if you use company B to get a better offer from A (and don’t take the offer at B), you might be burning a bridge at company B.
Agree with CD1! Definitely wait until you have the offer in hand! Also, good on ya!
You can always counter the offer to buy more time, whether it’s a small bump or more PTO.

Yeah, that’ll be fun when they agree to those terms and you still don’t accept.
4 hours isn’t terrible. I would just do it. If you have the offer find a way to bring it up to the CD casually. Usually I get asked if I’m talking to anyone else. And mention it to HR. But if someone isn’t willing to do the process and let us find out more about them and only care about their options, I get less interested.
There’s no reason to view interviews as barriers. Really, they are opportunities to gain more buy-in about hiring you. And they give you an opportunity to judge THEM. Why short cut the process?
A bit more context: the recruiter at A knows I’m talking to other agencies and said to let them know if I get an offer elsewhere, but so far I’ve only talked to the recruiter an another CD, not any higher-ups. I’m hoping the offer from B will get A to consolidate the 7 scheduled interviews into 1 or 2.
