Today I got a call from HCL and they said they will give 32lpa fixed for data engineer.

My question ? I don't understand why they are giving so high amount. Will it be bad in future ?

1) Capgemini which is using the technologies which I am currently working on but in AWS. Also it provides a chance of learning DevOps as well.
2) Wells Fargo which has no scope of cloud and using the same technologies which I am currently working.
