I took a train from Paris to Nice and spent a few days on the Riviera. It was lovely.
- Reims/eperney (45 min train ride)
- Versailles and Chateau de Fontainebleau (45-60 min train ride)
- Mont st michel (it can be done in a day, but the journey there is long - about 3.5-4.5 hours either by train or bus so I’d recommend at least one night)
- Bordeaux (2.5 train ride given it’s a direct route and very doable in a day but you could spend more time there to visit all the wine regions)
All of these! 👆
Go to Disneyland Paris dude have a blast
Rising Star
I would also add, this is their only real theme park in the area so unlike Disneyland/World that mostly cater to kids because we have tons of theme parks here where older people can go for thrill rides, because the crowd is mostly teens and adults at Disneyland Paris, the rides are more intense (ie corkscrews, loops, speed, etc.).
South of France. Nice or Marseille.

If driving: Road trip out to Mont St Michel, stopping at the Normandy beaches, Bayeux, Rouen and Etretat either on the way out or back.
If train: Avignon, Arles, Aix-en-Provence, Marseille, Nice, Monaco
Biaritz
Definitely Nice. It's one of my favorite cities on earth. Not too overrun by tourists, old world charm, good food, super friendly locals, nice beach (although rocky), nice promenade to walk or bike. I used to spend months there working remotely and just lounging around, it's really lovely.
I have local friends there so it’s never boring for me. I find the city to be perfect, not too busy but enough to do and I love the elegance of the place and the buzz of the promenade. I could never get sick of Nice.
No one has been to Lille? Nice food scene
