At Netflix yes because they pay all cash for TC but any other tech company I’d imagine a lot of that would be RSUs

Tech doesn’t index heavily on base, it’s definitely possible but not what I would focus on. Why do you need so much base?

Strategy and came in as experienced hire about 2 years ago. Definitely didnt get 30% AIP lol
