I have a final round interview coming up on Tuesday for a role I was really gunning for and had networked my way to an interview for. I got an offer from another org this past week that’s better for me in the short term for several reasons, and I accepted the other offer. Should I proceed with the interview on Tuesday, and if I get an offer, then turn it down? Or should I withdraw from the interview process now? I want to work at this company in the future, so want to maintain good relations.

No you interview still. You’re assuming as though you’ve already gotten the job at this place you’re interviewing at. You interview, and then if you get the offer, you negotiate with the current one you have.

No company is loyal to its employees. It's visible now more than ever. So, there is no expectation that you need to be too. You can exit at any time the same way they can let you go at any time. Keep interviewing and decide when it's time.

I'm a cashier. We just got a new manager, and she's making things really hard for us. She starts work at 4:30am and leaves around 2:30pm, but she still expects us to stay until 6pm and work on the weekends! She gives us really long shifts and doesn't give us much time for breaks. And when we ask her about it, she gets mad.

I'm worried that if I speak up, she'll make my life even harder. I don't want to lose my job because of this—do you guys have any advice?
