Does anyone have experience interviewing with Deloitte Internal Services? I had my final interview a week and a half ago, and received positive feedback throughout. The hiring manager had positive things to say and mentioned they hoped to make a decision by the end of last week. It’s now Friday the week after. The role still shows as “Interviews in Process.” We did discuss potential start dates, but no salary. Any experience with receiving offers for an internal services role? Is this common?

Look up the typical job duties of a financial analyst or just look at the job duties of the job description. For each duty listed, write a brief sentence or two at how you’re good at that or would be able to do it. Leverage that in your interview
I use chat gpt to prepare for interviews. In the first message, I say "I have an interview coming up that I need to prepare for. If I was the interviewer, what kind of questions might I ask with this job description: * then insert the job description"
One the response is given, say "Based off those questions, what would the appropriate responses be?"
Once that response is given, say "ask me some questions to better personalize the responses". It'll ask you some responses, in a numbered fashion, about your skills and experience. Answer tgese questions in the same numbered fashion and send your responses.
Viola. You should have some good practice questions. Now based off its responses and questions asked, you may need to do some more personalizing with the responses but if you're looking for some role play to practice interviewing, this is what I found works best.
Good luck!
Thank you!!
Show that you are eager to learn and coachable. Be personable.
I love that thanks!
