Hello folks, I have a profile of Payroll Manager and during my tenure I implemented Kaizen, Green Belt projects and RPA automations in coordination with Program Managers. Though I do not have a direct experience as a Project Manager, would obtaining a PMP certification open new opportunities for me? How is the market for Payroll managers having PMP certification?
Thank you!

Ex-consultant now in marketing. Used to be an avid follower here and got great insights on companies when trying to exit consulting so thought I’d try here for advice. Outside of FAANG, what are good large CA-based tech companies that provide good pay, WLB, and culture? DD has great people and WLB, but pay is low and you’re not given the tools and resources to succeed + truly make an impact. Google and Apple are ideal but need backups. Like is Salesforce still good? A company along those lines.
