I have a question for anyone in the State Farm corporate/compliance field. I’ve been a sales representative for 25+ years with State Farm worked for multiple agencies I left my position about a month ago and my previous agent I guess was upset and red flag my alias don’t know the reason but I’ve been told she escalated and of course she has friends in the field what can I do too find out and can I take legal action I don’t believe I did anything wrong on my end help/advice please!

This job will be based out of San Francisco. I currently make $30/hour for the same role in Chicago, after OT it’s about $60,000. Do you think it would be wise to accept the offer? I make a set salary due to the firm I work for as an account manager/ coordinator for clients… I coordinate their enrollments, working with each groups HR department as to benefits and payroll purposes, and schedule our benefit counselors accordingly. I am finding that in most cases where I compare the voluntary benefits industry, I might be underpaid. What is an appropriate base salary for a position in which commission is replaced?

currently tossing up between staying at a global company (who is in the process of some positive changes) with an amazing manager who supports my career and flexible working … however comes with the inherit issues that come with a long standing global company

compared with a role at a smaller mga, higher salary (around 30%) more , more visibility career wise and some great employee benefits , management seem to be supportive and low staff turnover
