I have a question regarding bench policy in Cognizant, especially after bench aging reaches 35 days.
What usually happens once the bench period limit is crossed? Does HR typically terminate employees, ask them to resign, or provide some other option?
Also, if an employee is asked to resign due to a lack of projects:
Is the employee entitled to the notice period salary (e.g., 3 months) or not?
If the company doesn't have a project for the employee, shouldn't the notice period salary still be paid

I am getting third party company mails ,like working for xx client should I apply them?

Are there any disadvantages of joining a C2H role purely on the basis of high CTC even though it is for a big client of the contractor company?

Solid tips or strategies on cutting back on alcohol? My bf & I were moderate drinkers before the pandemic, but over the year I’m fairly confident we’ve become heavy drinkers (6-7days/wk). I’m stressed about it and have mentioned cutting back for a while, but he insists we’re fine.
