Completed onsite interviews for the TAM role and recruiter gave me feedback that my technical depth wasn’t up to par for the role but my googleness/leadership and GCA interview feedback was stellar so they plan to propose me for Cloud PM roles instead. I am still on the process of getting my work permit and I am very clear about this during the interviews, but I suspect that this is the reason why I am not getting any call back. Any tips on the first screening call with recruiters? Should I touch base with them after our interviews?
