I have a three-month notice period in my current organisation, but it is somewhat negotiable. I informed Global logic HR of this. I have completed two rounds of interviews in Global logic for the java solution architect role, both of which were technical. The first round was with an offshore architect, and the second round was with an onsite architect. Both went well, but after the second round, HR informed me that they are not ready to release the offer latter due to 3months notice period :(
