If the job posting didn't list a salary range, ask what it is during the interview. If it's a legitimate company they'll have a range for the position and they'll tell you what it is. Generally what they will pay you would be within the range, commensurate with your experience. If they provide a definite number, you can try to negotiate from there by saying something like you had been expecting more. In this job market you may not have success negotiating, but you can try.
Regardless of where you are in your career, you need to research and know where you should be. Plenty of information to get an idea, just be sure to take your location into account. Aim a bit higher than your lowest number when negotiating.
