I have an offer as Technical Manager in Mindtree India . I have about 14 years of experience in Java application development and mentoring and team leading. They said it is an onsite role with Mindtree Germany . My India salary is decent as per Indian market standards.Any idea how much will they offer me as Germany salary for the onsite role? How much time it may take to get her back,as i have resigned in advance.
Resignation was based on technical rounds clearance confirmation and also due to headache for shortage of calls,for 90 days NP.

Got selected in final round mail on feb 4
Hr said offer letter will released by Feb 7
Didn't get the offer letter
